I was recently lucky enough to get to photograph one of my friends I used to teach with and her husband. Laura is expecting their first baby in the next few weeks, so it was important for them to capture the last precious moments before baby makes three.
These two are doing something much braver than I ever could: they are waiting to find out the gender of their baby until it’s born! I wish I had the patience to do this.
Just because they’re having a baby, it doesn’t mean we couldn’t take out time to get individual shots of each of them. Look at that proud papa-to-be!
I want to send a big thanks to Laura and Pat for letting me be there to capture these special moments. I can’t wait to meet the new little Mr. or Miss!
Wow, I don’t think I would be able to wait either to find out the gender. But how cool of a moment would that be in the delivery room!!
