I had a rough night of sleep last night. For some reason, I was wide awake at 4am feeling slightly nauseous, unable to fall asleep. By the time I was able to convince my brain to take a rest, my 3-year-old was up and ready for the day. I was able to get an hour or so more of sleep, but I am honestly dragging.
When this happens (or when anything less than ideal happens), I sadly turn to sweets. My rear can prove it. Today though, I want to bake/make something. These ideas were on my mind when I couldn’t sleep. I don’t want to make *all* of them, so I need help making a decision.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Brownies
So what do you think? Am I completely crazy or is there a recipe you think I should make an attempt at today?

i was up at4am too, listening to my 5 year old coughing…poor sweet girl! We are making ice cream sundaes for a dinner party tonight. Nothing fancy. You can’t go wrong with any choice!! Hope you get rest!

This is a dangerous post! That chocolate chip cookie cheesecake looks heavenly…my favorite…but those pumpkin oreo cheesecakes look pretty tasty too.
