Today I am proud to introduce my newest sweet niece, Charlotte Elizabeth.

Born February 7, 2012

1:27 in the morning

7 lbs. 13.5 oz.

20.5 in.

I was lucky enough to get to hang out with her at the beginning of the induction (babies don’t come out on their own in our family), but with what appeared to be a long night ahead, I went to sleep at home and wait for the phone call.

These are honestly the best kind of phone calls a person can recieve. New, healthy life has been born. All is well in the world.

 And my sister is now a momma for the third time. Isn’t life grand?
