My favorite thing to bake for the holidays is chocolate covered peanut butter balls. It’s my great-grandmother’s recipe, that I found hidden in one of my grandmother’s cookbooks one Christmas. It was such a special moment for my because I knew that no one had made them since her passing many years ago. It was very, very exciting for me to share them with my other family members who had missed them, as this was their favorite part of Christmas when she was still around when I was a young child. I’m from the South so sharing my cooking with my family really makes me feel good!
