It’s just me in my place and I was wondering how I would go about freezing this recipe. I would like to make the whole loaf and just be able to cook it in the toaster to reheat. Any ideas/suggestions?

Should be just fine. I do it often with pancakes/waffles/French toast. (I have 4 kids 6 and under, so breakfast can get chaotic…). Try flash freezing completely cooled slices on a cookie sheet (lined with parchment). Once frozen pop back in the loaf bag (double bagging recommended for freshness). Heat on the warm setting in the toaster. Hope that helps if you haven’t already tried it!
