Happy Day Three of Craft Lightning Wedding Week! We’re in the home stretch of wrapping this week of wedding fun up, but I’m just as excited to be sharing so many MORE fun ideas today to help make your special day even more awesome! Because these are all simple and quick crafts, even the most novice crafter can easily complete them. Yay!
Today’s craft goes together in a manner of minutes, but has so many uses. You could hang this beauty above where you’ll be saying your vows or above the sweets table. You could hang them on the back of the bride and groom’s chairs at the reception. You could even string these up on the back window of the car that you’ll be driving away in. The skies the limit with this cute printable wedding banner!
- Printed Banner Panels (Download here: Black and White Mr & Mrs Banner)
- small hole punch
1. Cut out each of the banner panels. I had mine printed on standard copy paper, but I’d recommend a heavier weight card stock when you’re using these at a wedding. It will help each panel hang better.
2. Punch holes in the corners of one of the panels. Use these holes as a template for the remainder of the panels by placing the punched piece on top and using the holes as guidelines for the next punch to be made. All banner panels will have uniform holes this way.
3. Thread the twine through the holes. If your twine begins to fray on the end, wrap a small piece of scotch tape around the end to make it easier to work with. Trim both ends of the twine when you’re finished to have a clean edge.
Now it’s time to check out what some of our other Craft Lightning friends put together! Go leave them some Sweet Rose Studio love!
