Well, really its a few of my favorite blogs, but that just doesn’t make me think of the Julie Andrews song, so things it is.
I really enjoyed sharing about some of the amazing people that I met while at Creative Estates, so I thought I’d keep that up every now and then and today felt like the right day to share again. So here it is, a few of my favorite blogs out there. Please go visit and take a peek around. You will not be disappointed!
Flaming Toes: With a name like this one, how could you not want to go see what its all about? I had the chance to meet Bev briefly at Creative Estates and she was just so kind. I love love the craftiness that she posts about and is even generous enough to post about it on her blog. Seriously, she is ridiculously crafty. These are a few of my recent favorites of hers:
504 Main: I am admittedly a very visual person (I’ll rewrite our grocery list if my husband writes on it too sloppy) and Holly’s blog, 504 Main, is so wonderful to look at. I love the colors, the styling, the clean lines with hints of girliness, and I took all this in before I read a single word of what she’d written. Holly is another one of those creative-types and after getting a chance to talk with her at Creative Estates and over Twitter, I can absolutely say she’s one of those supportive/uplifting-types too. I mean, look at these…
Grosgrain Fabulous: There are some folks out there who can you feel like you can just do something. You can sew, you can be WonderMomma, you can make amazing dinners every night; whatever their specialty, you always feel like they’ve enabled you to do something better. That pretty much sums up how I feel about Kathleen at Grosgrain Fabulous. She makes me think that I could be a much better seamstress than I am. Her site is loaded with how-to’s, patterns, inspiration posts, and general love of all things fashion and sewing. Kathleen also devotes whole months to a single topic; right now she’s smack dab in the middle of Free Pattern Month. Did you just catch that free?
I hope you enjoy some my favorites as much as I do! Do you have any favorites that you’d like to share?
