GrUVywear Swim Suit Review

With our 8 month long summer in full effect here in Arizona (please, don’t be jealous…), we spend huge amounts of time in the pool and playing in the water to keep cool. I’ve found that I have a tough time keeping sun screen applied on my kidlets at all times, so when GrUVywear contacted me and asked if I wanted to do a swim suit review, I was all over it. I’m always game for a new product that helps make my life easier!

The GrUVywear team sent me this sweet suit for my Reagan. My favorite parts about the suit? The shirt is SPF 50 and it covers her up! So many suits that I’ve found for girls her age are pretty revealing and while that’s okay, it’s just not what I wanted for my baby girl. Just my own personal preference. I love that her belly isn’t out for the world to see.

Has anyone else noticed out difficult it is to get to kids to hold still so you can re-apply sunscreen mid-pool time? Awful! I think it’s a mutual dislike from both sides; squirmy kids and irritated mommas do not make a fun combination. Because the GrUVywear swim shirt is SPF 50, it eliminates the need for that struggle!

Reagan is in love with her new suit and can’t wait to go swimming again and I can’t wait to not have the sunscreen struggle again! GrUVywear is even offering a 15% discount to Sweet Rose Studio readers!  Simply use the code SAVE1553 at checkout to receive your discount! The code is only good until July 15th.

I received a complimentary outfit from GrUVyWear in exchange for this post. All opinions expressed are my own.

Very cute!! I have a problem keeping my kids to sit still for just about ANYTHING but it would help to have a protective cute suit to help fight half the battle! Thanks for sharing!!
