Happy Monday lovelies! I’m so excited to be here today to share a few different things: party planning for the release of Cinderella and the Royal Ball 2.0 App!
First up: the Royal Ball Augmented Reality 2.0 App. This app, available on Android and Apple devices for *FREE*, has quickly become the most popular app for *both* of the kids in my home. Upon downloading the augmented reality app, you and your children can share in the excitement of dressing your character in favorite Disney princess outfits and accessories, decorating a carriage and, attending a royal ball for their first royal dance.
As an added bonus, you can scan special markers throughout Walmart (the Disney Princess logo, Cinderella’s image, and the Fairy Godmother on select Disney Princess in-store pallets) with your mobile device to unlock more interactive games and content.
Reagan and I scanned Cinderella’s image on our shopping trip to Walmart and unlocked two additional outfits in our game. Reagan was thrilled!
Although we had a great time searching through Walmart for more of the markers to scan and unlock new content, we also had to get down to business and get shopping for her Cinderella party! With Cinderella being released tomorrow (October 2nd) for the first time on Blu-Ray, I figured it was a perfect time to gather her little friends and host our own viewing party.
Who wouldn’t want to celebrate Cinderella? Not only is it one of my all-time fave movies, but it’s also been named one of the Top 10 Animated Films of all time *and* it’s the first time it’s been released from the Disney Vault in seven years! I can’t wait to share all of the princess-y goodness with my own little princess and her friends. Don’t worry; I’ll be sharing more of the party details with you soon.
Walmart, as usual, didn’t disappoint and we were able to find everything we needed for her party. I loved all of the Cinderella party items they had on hand too! You can read all about our shopping trip and see all of the goodness we picked up HERE.
Walmart is hosting a fun event at select locations on Saturday, October 6th from 11 am to 3 pm. You’ll be able to decorate pumpkins, participate in interactive activities, and get some sweet coloring sheets. Make sure to have your daughters come decked out as their favorite princess! Check the link on the image below to see the closest Walmart to you that will be participating.
Reagan and I already have her Cinderella costume picked out! We’ll be attending the event at the Walmart on Market Street in Gilbert. We’d love to see you there!
