Reagan has a new favorite word: stylish. Everything has to first be qualified as being “stylish” in her book before putting it on her little body, being hung up in her room, or coming anywhere near her sassy little personality. She’s officially reached an age where it’s near impossible to shop for new clothing for her without having her in tow. She and I recently made a trip to Macy’s to attempt to find some stylish outfits to keep her warm and happy in the upcoming months and once she caught sight of the Let’s Play Hello Kitty line from Evy of CA in combination with the KuKee app, there was no stopping her.
KuKee is an augmented virtual reality app that is being shared and distributed via Evy of CA’s new Hello Kitty Let’s Play DRESS UP Clothing Line at Macy’s and before we dig into all of the cuteness that is my sweet Reagan, I want to make sure that you know exactly how to download and use the KuKee app before you go shopping. You can find it for free on iTunes and Google Play, so no worries on if you will or won’t be able to use it. You will!
Once the KuKee app is opened, use it to scan the cloth tag/marker on the garment and the Hello Kitty Dress Up experience will come to life. Now, please note my girl is three years old and is totally able to maneuver the app independently. I love when an app that’s geared towards the young ones is actually user friendly for the young ones!
Reagan also made sure to take a moment and express to the Hello Kitty clothing how much she loved them and was excited about her shopping trip.
Before we started trying on the garments she chose, Reagan wanted to get a closer look at the KuKee app and all of the fun that it includes.
As soon as she was able to scan the tag, Reagan was super thrilled to dress up Hello Kitty in a variety of princess dresses, coordinating tiaras, and various accessories. For as excited as she was about her clothes, it was so tough tearing her away from the app!
Here’s a better look at what the app actually looks like. We were lucky enough to run into one of Reagan’s friends from preschool while shopping and the girls were thrilled to get to take a picture together with the Hello Kitty that Reagan dressed up within the app. Best part? It was super easy to send that sweet picture off to her friend’s momma from within the app so we can both remember the cuteness.
By the time I was able to get Reagan to pry herself away from the app, she was on fire. She posed herself completely and wanted no part of taking any direction from me. The first look she titled, “Rock Star.”
And for the second outfit, may I present to you “Beautiful Ballerina.”
Reagan had a field day dressing up in her Hello Kitty outfits and she could not take her eyes off of herself in the mirror. Girl’s got moves. I can’t wait to head back to Macy’s on Black Friday and online on Cyber Monday because a little birdie told me that the Let’s Play Hello Kitty line will have some great deals! 😉
KuKee is not *just* for Hello Kitty, though. Oh, no no! Keep an eye out for the various KuKee markers to unlock new, fun parts of the app.Pin It
