After a long nine (or ten) months of being pregnant, the time is inching closer for me to finally — finally — have this sweet baby girl! Because it may be hit or miss for what I’ll be able to get to making or posting, I’ve asked some of my hands-down favorite bloggers to share a bit about themselves with you in my absence. Hopefully you’ll find someone new and fabulous to follow!
First up, I’m happy to introduce the amazing Sarah of Bombshell Bling!
Hello, Sweet Rose Studio readers! I am so excited to be introducing myself to you today! My name is Sarah and I blog over at Bombshell Bling. I am a former elementary school teacher and current stay-at-home mom with a love for all things sparkly and colorful. I blog about everything from recipes and parties to jewelry and sewing. I am also a jewelry designer, and I sell my jewelry on Etsy in my shop, Bombshell Bling Jewelry. I would love for you to pop over to my site or my shop and say hello!
Let me show you a few of my favorites posts.
I love to share our family’s favorite recipes, and here are a few of my most popular dinner recipes:
I am also a dessert addict, ESPECIALLY s’mores. I may have a problem….. For the last two summers I have run a S’mores Saturdays series. Come check out the archive of s’mores related recipes. Yummmmm.
Now that we’ve established how much I love food, I would love to show you some of my favorite crafts and projects.
This is my all-time favorite project (which is actually a million projects rolled into one): my son’s Dr. Seuss Bedroom!
Happily, he loves it as much as I do. 🙂
My most popular sewing post: Baby Sleep Sack Pattern (My site used to be called Craft Quickies.)
Here’s one of my favorite jewelry tutorials: Lovely Ombre Earrings Tutorial
My son’s How to Train Your Dragon Party is still my favorite party that I have ever thrown.
These Halloween Firecracker Hairbows are the first tutorial that I ever did!
I have a particularly huge love for Halloween, and you can see all of my Halloween projects HERE.
Last, but not least, is a post I wrote in conjunction with my sisters:
The 5 Gifts That Your Child’s Teacher REALLY Wants.
We are all teachers by trade and joined together to make a list, complete with stories and examples.
You may be surprised by what comes in at #1!
Thank you SO much Sarah for being here! Please go say hi and leave her some Sweet Rose Studio love!
