As a wife and momma, I’m always looking for new snacks and ideas to make our food more healthy and appealing. Because we eat a fair amount of yogurt in our home, I’m always looking for ways to keep it interesting and different so we don’t burn out on what can be such a healthy treat. I mean, I love that my son would gladly choose yogurt over chips or cookies; I just want to make sure that I can keep that up for the long haul!
I recently had the opportunity to try out the brand spankin’ new Yulu yogurt and when I paired it with Vanilla Blueberry Granola and fresh raspberries to create a Berry Yummy Yogurt Parfait, it was gone seconds after I was done taking these pictures. I honestly haven’t seen food disappear that fast in a long time!
To recreate this yogurt parfait in your own kitchen, simply layer Yulu Vanilla Bean yogurt, vanilla blueberry granola, and raspberries. I put mine in a mason jar to not only make it a little more fun for my kidlets to eat from, but also so I could create more layers and not worry about a mess.
Yulu yogurt isn’t like a standard yogurt and it isn’t like Greek yogurt either; it’s Aussie style! While many consider Greek yogurt an “acquired taste,” they’ve found that most people fall for Yulu from the very first spoonful. It’s extra creamy and delicious, without the too-sour quality some find in Greek and with 9 grams of protein in every cup, it’s a nourishing choice too. Yulu is smoothed twice for extra creaminess, so it’s unlike anything you’ve tried before and with five delicious flavors (Vanilla Bean, Strawberry, Bluberry, Raspberry, and Honey), there’s something for everybody.
It’s no accident that you can see the goodness right through the special clear cup. With honest ingredients and real fruit, Yulu has nothing to hide. I mean, I can see all of the little vanilla bean flecks. How often can you say that about other yogurt brands? Additionally, Yulu may be inspired by the Aussie style of yogurt, but its made right here in the USA.
