I can *not* wait for fall to get here. Seriously.
Phoenix is great for a good 8ish months out of the year, but those other four months suck. I’m at the point this summer where I’m over it. I’ve hit the proverbial brick wall in regards to the incessant sweating, the inability to play outside, the cringing every time I think about having to haul two toddlers in and out of more than one place in a single trip. To quiet my summer struggles, I put together these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting.
